My target is loosing a minimum of 1,5kgs a week🤣🤣😭 What this past week has taught me is that this is possible, I just need to cut down more on my carbs and be strict with my intermittent fasting, cardio exercises also help a great deal. I have worked on my sugar intake, my problem is carbs and I have a habit of snacking around 9PM before bed, which I’m working on one day at a time. Looking forward to this new week🤗
