So my weight is going down slowly but surely. In the most sustainable way it has ever before. I finally feel like I can do what I'm doing forever. I still have a long way to go but from 127kg starting October last year I'm pretty stoked with my progress. I've incorporated fasting which has put a massive curb in sugar cravings. I'm walking every day (unless super rain) for 30 minutes and just starting to bring back my yoga practice once a week. My diet is everything and I'm really filled with hope that I can keep this going l. After all slow and steady wins the race right?
109 kg Lost so far: 18 kg.    Still to go: 20 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

yep. that's right slow and steady is my motto. your menus look inviting to eat. I love my food but prepare my menu every morning to my CALORIE TOTAL DAILY. it is working 4 me. keep strong.
