Alrightt, I haven't been able to workout since yesterday but it's only because academic work is piling up so I plan to not take any rest days anymore this week since I've only done three days of workout so far. Honestly tho I kinda miss working out. It's become a fun activity now and I can't imagine not working out. Might work on my arms using my dumbbells today.
