Apple day today since it seems I have stalled.. and now gained!
I know I was tempted into some badness over the last few days (fresh baked cookies 2 days in the office! And by "freshed baked" I don't mean that someone brought them from home. I mean they were baking 10 feet from my desk. Miserable!) But on both those days, I still fell under 500 calories even with the single bite of cookie I took each day.
So.. we shall try one of these magical Apple days.
