akhirnya dua digit.... review lagi semua intake ternyata kemarin2 banyak asupan karbo ga jelas sama protein agak tinggi... semoga minggu ini tetep bisa jaga tinggi lemak dengan minum kaldu buatan sendiri dari tulang sapi..

standar kok
- kaki sapi
- air
rebus kaki dengan api kecil sampai keluar lemaknya
- bawang putih potong tipis goreng sampai coklat
- merica
- garam
- daun bawang potong2
saji di mangkuk masukan kaldunya trus garam merica bawang putih goreng daun bawang jadi deh sruput2 hehehe
