I seem to be hovering at my current weight. No surprise really, I have stopped exercising and have not been recording my food like I was.I guess hovering is better than gaining, but it will only be a matter of time. Exercise needs to be a back in the schedule!
79.6 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
