hmmm akhirnya terungkap ,selama beberapa hari saya kurang minum malam hari kenapa bb turun naik dan penurunan nya sedikit2.
experimen lagi ahhh sebelum tidur minum 2 gelas air putih dulu lalu kalau ter bangun ketika buang air kecil minum lagi

pembakaran kalori paling banyak ketika tidur buat ngebantu aja hahahaha soalnya baru sadar emang kurang minum beberapa hari yang lalu
