覺得今天心情跟心理都因為擔心小孩生病而對吃的亂了步調

吃了粥 菠蘿 晚餐的飯 之後宵夜泡麵
壓力好大 一直找食物來填滿心裡跟胃裡的缺
好了 點到為止
明天重新出發整頓自己的飲食

本日運動💪候診站了兩小時 外加踢腿運動
