運動💪燃脂飛輪50分
今天下午還是吃了糯米雞 太多了

(回顧上週吃了很多碗泰國米 三個牛角 芋泥蛋糕
體脂肪上升🔝也不是沒有原因的)
79.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 26.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week
