Such a good surprise to be losing weight. I have ofcourse been working hard to lose it, but so often that seems to have no bearing on the outcome. I will continue to attempt to keep my stress level low and get enough rest. Also, I will try and keep to my calorie limit, and keep my fiber intake over 25 g. Having chili for breakfast and eating dinner before 6 has really made a huge difference. I want to increase my intake of water, but really doing well considering work has started. Ive decided it is best to weigh in on my off day, because I am the most relaxed on that day. Exercise is going well. So yah!!! Going in the right direction again with weightloss plan.
