Ok, so I'm down to 84... It's sloooow but I'm determined to keep this diet going for months. Whatever it takes! I've been exercising for four days in a row now (before it was about 3 times a week), and it's becoming more of a natural thing to plan into my day and week. I started doing the exercices of my gym class at home, cause I want to create muscle that will burn calories even when I'm idle, because my job is so sedentary. I think the diet is working OK, I don't stick to it 100% but I definitely eat very differently to before. On the whole, a positive note this week.
