Eating way below my RDI but still can’t seem to loose the weight first few weeks we’re great now I’m at a stand still if I don’t gain 2 lbs or lose 2lbs from week to week don’t know what to do don’t wanna get discouraged but tired of not eating and still no results. pray for me not giving up
96.0 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 21.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
