Hey Kids :) thanks a lot… here we go again… I’m still scaling that 200 pound wall - it’s coming, but no matter what side of it you are one, it is always going to be there… next stop 195, then it’s 170. I am flexible with that last number. All that matters is how I feel… The funny things is, if you can feel better than this, you don’t really want to stop trying - that my motivation. But I have to ask myself, when do you stop feeling better? I had the most wonderful 3.5km walk this morning - that’s part of it too. Now, it’s time for my writing exercise: Dear Therapist… :) DV

consistency is always a motivator for me. And looking back to old photos and/or statistics give me a boost when if feeling stuck, frustrated or just tired. As long as you’re feeling good along the way, probably means you’re doing the right things. 😎
