有磅秤之後
1.對蛋白質的掌握度變高(12-15份)
(有喝蛋白粉很容易就達到,因為一湯匙就有4份蛋白質,等於一天只要吃8-11份就可以)
2.對水果掌握度變高(2份)
48.7 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
