First Saturday was kin of hard. I had to eat out. I got a taco salad with no beans or shell and took half of it home. I didn't eat any chips or salad! That was hard. For people at my table shoveling in the food and all I could do was sit there and salivate. I was successful though. Whew! I did manage to lose part of what I gained the day before, so I am happy.

Weekends and eating out are both potential "traps". Mindful eating -- to support what ClassicRocker said- - helps us stay "on plan"...even when those around us do NOT have a plan. Keep Up the good work...you are making progress.:)

I love taco salads, you could also order chili rellanos w/o sauce and you would be low carb. I have been know to order a small guacamole and eat it with a spoon. AND I don't share it with anyone!

Thanks for the kind words everyone. I do love to eat out & I think it will be my biggest challenge. I'm getting into cooking for the freezer so that I can have good choices at a moments notice. Takes a while to get a variety, but I'm getting there.
