I have C4 in the mornings instead of coffee and that wakes me UP, bro like I feel like I can take on the whole world.

What I’ve noticed through working with my personal trainer this week and focusing on fueling my body with more whole food:

The pain from my plantar fasciitis is so much more manageable as my body gets stronger and lighter. Walks that used to have me in immense pain only slightly inconvenience me.

I love my body the way it is even though it’s big so the benefits I want from this journey isn’t focused on my weight but how strong my mind and body are and feel.

One week into this lifestyle change has me feeling positive. Pretty interested in seeing where I end up plateauing though 🤔
126.4 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 66.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
