Day 1 clean eating lots of water moderate exercise and decent sleep. Got rid of a lot of bloat.
Now to string 27 more days like that in a row !
72 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
