I didn't track since 02/28/2023 and gained 3 unwanted lbs. Okay, the damage was done. Now I know I need my fatsecret and am back to tracking.
67.1 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
