Happy Easter FS Friends Week 1 down and I am thrilled with my results. I know most of this is probably water, but it is very motivating nonetheless. Had a good week foodwise, including eating out twice. I chose carefully from the menu and ordered a pumpkin & beetroot salad, and a chicken salad with dressing on the side. Mid-week was difficult, when the 'carb monster' hit and I ate too many savoury shapes. They were there, so I ate them! Did an extra session at the gym to help compensate. Note to self: do NOT have any junk food in the house!
