This is what always happens when I have to go into the office. I'm sure it's a combo of too much sodium, not enough water, and slightly more carbs on the days that I go in because I'm constantly on the run and all food is restaurant food even if making low carb choices-- I'm sure they're still packed with not quite as healthy things.
