昨晚火鍋威力不小呀!沒問題👌今天的就乖一點!
運動💪深蹲100下

早:水煮蛋2 黑咖啡 堅果20克
午:雞腿套餐 青菜兩碗 飯1/4碗 湯一碗
炸甜不辣 半份
點心 :鐵觀音茶凍奶微糖
晚:烤鴨肉 捲餅2個 高麗菜 飯1/3碗
點心:奶凍捲2片
22:30忍不住吃了兩個豬腳(大罪過)
