Checking weight daily can almost be draining and at times discouraging- but consistency is key. I check my weight first thing in the morning before I’ve eaten anything and I am proud of this little improvement made…
61.6 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
