Selain mengatur pola makan yang baik,saya hampir tiap hari ke gym, dan saya selalu minum suplemen, bahkan dalam beberapa hari saya sudah turun ke angka 62,dari 65. :D

Hati2 saya nanti kl kmu bosen or capek gym bb naik 2x lipet lebih cepet dr semula.. nafsu makmdr peenh komsumsi suplemennya meningkt drastis. Saya pernah mengalaminya.. jd lebih baik pelan tp konsisten.. semngat
