我的肌肉量上升2.1%,基礎代謝也升到1440,好神奇喔喔!唯一做的平日多了槓鈴有氧,假日偶爾多了爬山,好酷!你要加油!

因為我的澱粉還是沒有調整,所有體脂肪沒有變,增加下半身訓練的有氧吧!
