My weight loss has dropped significantly, even though my calorie deficit is what it should be, and some days much more. It's extremely frustrating 😕 Any suggestions...?

Patience and consistency! I know it’s not sexy advice but it’s true. There’s times when you’ll plateau even when you’ve been good for long time. If you keep it up the breakthrough day WILL come !

I know, or at least I hope so 🙂 It's just very disheartening when the weight has been dropping off and suddenly it's moving at sloth speed. Still coming off, just very slowly 😕

Maybe try a fasting day? I also found the days I remember to have some apple cider vinegar the weight seems to shift better 🤷♀️

Hang on there! It seems that the closer you get to your goal, the more it seems to happen. 😔 I'm on my last 10kg and BOY does it feel SLOW! My body dysmorphia also kicks in from time to time. 🙈

Patience, patience, patience, and don't do anything crazy you can't sustain just to hit the weight. For me sometimes, it was almost like my body needed to adjust for a bit. I cannot tell you how long I hovered at about 2 pounds over goal 😂

Make sure youre eating enough, so that your body isnt stopping progress to sustain itself 💕
