I had the flu on Monday and Tuesday which caused me to lose 4 lbs (the 311). The last couple of days, my gf and I have been having some big problems so I lost focus on my eating and went overboard. I guess it wasn't even the amounts that I was eating. It was the food that I was choosing to eat. I've gained the 4 lbs I lost back over the last several days. It's okay though. I have my head back on straight and we're going to get right back to it. 2015 is going to be an awesome year.
