well, I never expected this much loss. I kept up on my water intake so I doubt it was "first 10 pounds are always water" I did go from eating a bunch of crap around 3000 calories per day to eating super clean and around 1200 calories. Friday was a bad day because I ate pizza. My client ordered pizza, and then my mom had us over for dinner and had pizza. yeah I could've found something healthy at my parents but I didn't. I even had a coke. but unlike the 3 cokes and almost whole pizza I usually have, I was able to eat much less. What I learned my first week is I need to bump up my calories, especially my lean protein. Well back at it!
