Very rough holiday weekend...well it actually stretched into Tuesday. Even grilling out didn't save me. I actually think it was worse because grilling made everything taste better. Too many desserts too. My body just doesn't like me eating any kind of desserts as no matter how small or few I consume, my scales is always up.
I was actually down 1.2 lbs. from yesterday so experiencing a lot of water retention! I hope to get back down before our trip next weekend.
