karena pagi ini saya kesiangan bangun jadi hanya siapkan makan siang saja tanpa makan pagi, tapi badan jadi lemes saya makan dikit2 makan siang saya hehehe karena makan siang saya hampir sekitar 250 gram daging gilng dibuat burger dengan keju high fat dan protein :)
