I’ve been on hubby’s weight training regimen for the past month (minus a few days out of town) and I’m definitely losing pounds and feeling stronger. Graduated up from 10/15 pound weights to 15/20s this morning. Exhausted… he says we can take my measurements this weekend and see if there’s any change. I can’t hardly wait!!!
98.2 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 21.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
