I didn’t just fall off the wagon - I leapt. Apparently if you give my kids the stomach bug and the weather gets all icepocalypsy then I bail hard on any exercise or healthy eating. Stress eating allllll day! But that stops today. I finally pulled my head out of the sand and weighed myself. The extra 4lbs is not welcome. I have to face the facts that I’m headed in the wrong direction. So I’m course correcting today. That started with my weigh-in. And today I plan to: 1. keep my carbs in check. 2. Do some kind of YouTube exercise. 3. Drink my water.
