Noted interestingly enough, that I struggle to get in even my maintenance calories. Will have to plan out feedings, to allow smaller more frequent meals, in order to maintain proper digestion and prevent long gaps between meals. At least I am getting my Protein macro goal which is good.
86.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
