誇張的數字 因為昨天我也吃的很誇張
早餐 蔬菜帕尼尼 紅茶
午餐火鍋
點心 海鹽咖啡 巧克力蛋糕
晚餐 水餃 皮蛋瘦肉粥
78 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 25 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.5 kg a Week
