I've been doing a half hour yoga session in the morning, and watching the food planner carefully. I have learned these last few days that I snack little bits here and there, which all add up, my "normal" portion sizes are way too big, and that I need to make a conscious effort to drink more water. Looking forward to all the new habits becoming second nature.
