I am VERY pleasantly surprised today! I went offline for nearly a week, watching what I was eating but not tracking really at all. This is the first week since mid-June, when I started this, that I didn't follow through "100%" and I (thankfully!!) still lost some weight! Lesson learned?: just because I don't always do it 100% doesn't mean I'm failing, and if I continue to be mindful I can achieve my goals. Also -- get back on track as soon as I can.. and don't forget the exercise. I am quite sure that is what contributed to the loss this week. onward and upward!!
