運動:飛輪50分鐘(很喘不過。腳很重 爆炸酸)

午餐吃了火鍋 但是多了餐後的冰淇淋三球跟甜筒
下次火鍋店還是選簡單的好!

晚餐正常吃飯 但是把拿鐵很快喝完 胃脹氣
宵夜 生日蛋糕1/4,今天太誇張
