You're doing well 👏 The longer you keep using this app, the more you'll enjoy it... it's so great to be able to see the effects of different food (and drinks) on your weight - and your wellness/ energy levels... I also think you get a bit more leeway with alcohol when you are starting to diet... It's like your body doesn't know what your plans are - Lol 💪
