I've had a very long hard summer. And it really shows on the scales. I kept telling myself that I gained this weight once I was only going to lose it once. So now I need to find my motivation and get back track. I've gained 10 pounds. Thats not acceptable!!
I know what I need to do to get it done.I just need to do it!
