Had a good wekend. Started my challenge yesterday. 45 mins of Wii! Down 2.5 more pounds...total 11 pounds in 3 weeks! I'll take it! In my younger yrs that would have been 1 week! Trying to do it right this time. "Healthy" is the key word.
