煮晚餐忍不住吃一口魚片 一個鴨賞(還好隔天不影響)
運動:純拉筋伸展/睡前足貼 心得:每餐吃飽都八分左右,沒特別想吃零食的慾望 💩大約三次,感覺整天吃水果排毒還不錯👍
