Adding jogging every two days has really increased my weight loss. Surprisingly so, really. Especially when you consider that I was out drinking and partying until 3 AM.
I figured between alcohol intake and food (I was reasonable but still ate way more than usual) I'd be up from yesterday morning's weight but this does not appear to be the case. :)

Congrats on a good week and hey you might start a new trend by going out and drinking at least 1 night a week could lead to weight loss lol. I keed but again congrats on the weight loss and you're just 4 lbs away from your goal. That's great.

Linda: I've been bad about updating my exercise diary since I've started using a heart rate monitor. I jog about 40 minutes, 3 times per week. I jog until my heart rate gets to 150, then I stop until it gets down to 130. Rinse and repeat for about three miles. SplendidHammer: Thank you! 2.4 lbs feels so close yet so far. Next goal is 20% body fat but maintaining my current weight (if possible). Just 2% to go :)
