😂 lowkey was an understatement. i honestly went on a binge eating at maintenance calories or slightly more for about a month and gained a bit more weight, but was still exercise and walking as usual. Then i felt really guilty and decided to cut my calories down again by around 600 calories from my maintenance and that seems to have done the trick somehow
