I'm really frustrated because we've been having roof problems, and we lost access to our kitchen due to the repairs that were needed from the leak. It's been a total of about 3months now, and we've had to eat a lot of precooked or fast foods. Other than the high fat and sodium intake, it just tastes different now. And weighed myself expecting a gain from eating like I had, but I had lost weight. My calories had dropped, stress level was up, and I'd been doing more working out than eating it seems. So now I have to regain 8lbs of muscle that I lost, and I'm really frustrated. I never thought a loss of lbs would make me as upset as a gain!
54.4 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
