好可怕!連吃四天的澱粉居然可以胖的這般快!

炒麵吃兩餐 豆花 鹹酥雞 全麥土司 餛飩麵 米糕飯
連兩天宵夜 泡麵 鱈魚香絲 檸檬蛋糕 綠豆薏仁 麻吉
燒仙草 自家火鍋 丸子 豆皮 招牌咖啡
76.8 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 23.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
