Today I made it 4.8 miles on a walk which was awesome!!!! Of course more walking through the day. Calories were great till I had a small gluten free pizza all cheese and a sprite. But otherwise ok.

Trying to do this intermittent fasting but not sure about it. Just happy that Iade it that far.

Yay me.!!
