午餐:煎雞胸肉/蔥蛋/炒青椒/炒高麗菜
下午:去籽芭樂1/2顆
晚餐:五花肉片/高麗菜/玉米筍/麥當勞地瓜薯條4-5根
57.7 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
