Hey Otb! Thx it’s going great! It’s seafood- out of my comfort zone so I’m learning LOTS. Lol I’ve always managed to avoid oysters and now I can shuck them without gagging. Seems to be agreeing with me physically too. I’m glad you’re back

Thx everyone! Ginome idk about you but logging my food has made all the difference. I still don’t drink anything except water, black coffee and protein powder drinks which makes it easy to shave cals and track. You have any tips? You’ve been shedding the lbs too! 😃

Aphoebe, consistent logging is a big help for me too, thanks. Love to get tips from others as I don't know everything and needs to be reminded from time to time🤭. My bro otb gave me advice too👍.
As for me, I don't think I've done anything special. Just the usual calorie deficit stuff like everyone else. I do however remember old wisdom and my elders advice when I was a kid.
That would be "Eat when you hungry, stop before you full". The other stuff would be to divide your stomach into 3 parts blablabla. I stop there🤣. It's a long comment already😅. Maybe I'll tell more about it in a journal entry later.
