I keep going up and down the same 5 lbs. But it is better than just going up, up, up I suppose. I need to get back on track soon, but life has been a little hairy lately and I have been grabbing meals at odd hours - lunch at 4, dinner at 9:30 - not conducive to healthy eating. But I'm back from the grocery store and stocked up on good food, so that should help. I WILL see a loss this week!
