I feel like I should explain this incredible weight loss over night…. I had a baby yesterday! I’m so proud of only gaining 3lbs over the 9 months of carrying her. It was incredibly hard to switch to a low glycemic diet but I did it!!! I firmly believe the Lord helped me because I’ve NEVER been able to lose weight while pregnant! This is an epic first for me. And she is a whopping 8lbs 8oz. 😁
