@lesedi i eat everything really, well not everything but you know what i mean. im not ok a specific diet. I just manage my calories and i prepare my food clean as possible. So just coconut oil to cook,make my own dressings and lots fresh fruit and veg daily. I walk 4km a day before gym and lift close to failure 5 times a week. For my sweet tooth ive switched to zero or minimal sugar protein bars and sugar free drinks here and there. I usually make infused sparkling water if i feel for a cooldrink. And green tea is my ‘water’ post gym till i sleep.
